Important notice: All purchases are final. Please review program details carefully before enrolling.
All purchases made on CPTED USA — including online courses, training programs, certifications, and any other digital products or services — are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this no-refund policy and that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after payment is processed.
CPTED USA provides digital educational content that is made immediately available upon purchase. Because access to course materials, downloads, and learning resources is granted at the time of purchase, we are unable to recover or restrict that access after the fact.
We encourage all prospective students to review available course descriptions, previews, and any published materials before completing a purchase to ensure the content meets their needs.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you purchased, please contact us at contact@cptedusa.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Technical support is provided at our discretion and does not constitute a waiver of this no-refund policy.
If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge or billing error, please contact us at contact@cptedusa.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and respond promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
